男,IEEE会员。从事计算电磁学,微波遥感等研究。提出了UV-SMCG和UV-FMM两个混合快速算法;提出用于土壤湿度遥感的指数相关粗糙面电磁散射和辐射数值模拟关键技术;发现左手介质粗糙面电磁波吸收负效应并机理解释;发现粗糙面相干波散射包含粗糙面结构信息;首次解释格陵兰岛Stokes参数观测异常的电磁机理;首次对城市环境电磁场统计为lognormal分布理论证明;拓展GPS信号同向和逆向圆极化双探测模式等。
